How to Choose the Right Weight

Choosing the correct weight is essential for your child’s comfort and safety.

We recommend selecting a weighted blanket that is approximately 8–12% of your child’s body weight.

Examples:

15–20 kg body weight → 2 kg weighted blanket

20–30 kg body weight → 3 kg weighted blanket

💡 If your child is between two weight options, we recommend choosing the lighter one – especially for first-time use or highly sensitive children.

IMPORTANT: Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Always ensure your child can remove the blanket independently.
